Is this Embroidery Workshop for you?

Yes… maybe it is. The Embroidery Workshop, like all of the Yelling Tree Press kits, are designed to work for those new to embroidery, those feeling a bit rusty, those seeking a bit of creative guidance, and dab hands who’d just enjoy some inspiration and something a little bit different (and pretty luxurious) to embroider.

But how can one kit, one workshop, suit so many levels of experience? Good question. Let us explain a bit more…

With each of the Yelling Tree Press embroidery kits, the outline design is printed on the canvas. That blank-canvas-feeling? Gone… The palette of threads in each kit is… simply delicious.

Embroidery stitched mainly in straight stitches - up and down. Simple but lovely

Beginner or experienced, you could choose to stitch the kit using just running or straight stitches and it would look absolutely stunning. Or you can decide as you go along to add in additional stitch types too. In this Embroidery Workshop on Saturday 28th February 2026 we will be focussing on satin stitch – in all its varieties, to luxe up those needle skills!

Straight stitches can be beautiful and even look complex in embroidery
